Terms and Conditions – 545win Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 545win, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify your age at any point.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You may hold only one account. Any additional accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion arrangement you have previously set up on 545win or elsewhere.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. 545win reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until the verification is completed.

2Account Rules and Player Responsibilities

Once registered, you are responsible for your account and all activity that takes place within it. Specifically:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone. 545win staff will never ask you for your password.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions made through your account, whether made by you or by someone you have shared access with.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not use your account for any commercial or professional gambling purpose, syndicate play or on behalf of another person.
• Your account balance is held in PKR and reflects the net result of your deposits, withdrawals, bets and bonus activity.

545win reserves the right to refuse bets, restrict account activity or close accounts where suspicious behaviour is detected or where these terms have been breached.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 545win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Supported deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and cards. Methods may be added or removed without prior notice.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal channel: Withdrawals are returned through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. You may not withdraw to a payment method not previously used for a deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of your account. Processing may be delayed where identity verification is pending.
• Minimum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to your 545win account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made using funds that are not yours are a breach of these terms.

545win does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.

4Bonus and Promotion Terms

Promotions and bonuses are offered at 545win's discretion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are used for wagering after your real-money balance is depleted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses using different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• 545win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse or system exploitation.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5Betting and Games Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets on 545win:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the confirmation screen.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure affecting the result of a game or bet, 545win reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players.
• Cricket, PSL, football and other sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of disputes, the governing body's decision is final.
• If a cricket match is abandoned without a result, bets are voided and stakes returned unless the match reaches the minimum overs required for a D/L result to stand.
• Slot games and all casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Every outcome is independent. The RTP figures stated for each game reflect long-run statistical averages across millions of spins, not individual session outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and markets. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet.
• Placing bets using automated systems, bots or any third-party software is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

6Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the 545win platform without express written permission. Unauthorised use of 545win's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 545win is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• 545win is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted, suspended or delayed service due to technical issues, maintenance, third-party failures or factors outside our control.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from sharing your account with a third party.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of their deposit balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9Account Suspension and Termination

545win may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion or use of automated betting systems.
• Use of the account by a minor.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without first contacting 545win support.
• A self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned where the account closure is not the result of fraud or a terms breach that warrants forfeiture.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and any winnings credited before the balance is returned.

10Disputes and Complaints

Your continued use of 545win after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Outstanding balances will be returned in the usual way.
